Worth every penny! Its so easy to use and easy to take apart to clean. I hate buying pre-shredded bag cheese because it doesn’t melt as well but hand grating was a pain. I took this baby out of the box, washed it by hand and attached it to the counter. It works wonderful in fact so good that I made 20 pints of pickle relish with it! Still works good LOL and I’m planning on making and canning a lot of other stuff with this apparatus. Really really saves your knuckles instead of using a hand grater. I bought this because I was grading carrots by hand which took forever and with this I did one large carrot in 10 seconds. Comes with three different graders and it’s easy to wash and the suction cup works really good for the table. I had it in my cart for a long time I wish I would have bought it sooner. I’m one of those who rarely writes reviews, but here goes. I love this thing. I had my doubts, as I’m a gadget junkie usually disappointed, but this thing is great. It’s lightweight but solid, easy to use and clean, handles even soft cheeses well, and I now prefer using it over my Kitchenaid mixer attachment. Thinking of gifting this to everyone I love for Christmas. Get it.
